🔄 Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

    • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

    • The issue is reported to our team within 2 days of delivery along with a clear unboxing video as proof.

  • Refunds will be processed only after our quality team verifies the claim and approves it.

  • If the product has been used, worn, washed, or altered, it will not be eligible for a refund.


🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video provided.

  • The product is returned without original packaging or tags.

  • The issue reported after 2 days of receiving the order.

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution.

  • Products bought during sale, discount, or clearance events.


💳 Refund Method

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment or as store credit (as per your choice).

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after verification.


📦 Return Shipping for Refunds

  • Customers must ship the product back safely after return approval.

  • If the error is on our part (wrong or damaged item), Urban Closet will bear the return shipping charges.
